- Go to exchange.cornell.edu
- In the top-right of the screen, click the Options down-arrow, select Create an Inbox Rule…
- Click New
- In the When the message arrives, and: field, select “it was sent to…”
- The Address Book will appear, type Johnson JMisc
- Select the Johnson JMisc Distribution List Address Book entry that appears
- In the Message recipients: field, click the To-> link to insert the JMisc address
- Click OK
- In the Do the following field, select "Move the message to a folder"
- The Select Folder dialogue appears, select your Inbox, click New Folder to create a new folder under your Inbox
- Name your new folder JMisc
- Click OK
- Click Save
- You will receive a warning message. Click Yes to proceed.
- Go to http://whoiam.cornell.edu
- Log in with your Cornell NetID
- Select the Electronic Mail tab
- Check the option to deliver your emails to Exchange
- Un-check the option to deliver your emails to Cmail
- Return to the Student Support > Devices page to configure Outlook for Exchange
- Go to http://johnson.campusgroups.com
- Click the Calendar tab
- Click the Download Calendar link
- Find the calendar you wish to add to Outlook, click the Outlook Calendar link
- Copy the URL provided in step one of the directions
- Log into your Cornell email account at http://exchange.cornell.edu
- Select Calender in the bottom-left pane
- Click Share / Add Calendar in the options above your calendar
- Choose Calendar from Internet, paste the URL provided from CampusGroups, click OK

2. Go to http://www.it.cornell.edu/services/redrover/howto/register/regnobrowser.cfm
3. Follow the steps provided to register your phone with its MAC Address.
- Go to the Student Center (http://studentcenter.cornell.edu).
- Under Personal Information, click Names.

- In the Names table, on the Preferred row, click edit.
- The information you enter in the First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name fields will be used as your Exchange mail display name.
- Click Save when you have finished editing.
- Click OK when you see the Save Confirmation message.
- Go to the student portal – jconnect.johnson.cornell.edu/currentstudents.aspx.
- Use the Breakouts Available module to find a room available at your preferred time.
- Open iCal, double-click the time slot for your preferred time.
- Give your meeting a name that describes its purpose.
- Double-click the meeting to display the meeting editor.
- Select the Calendar field and choose “Calendar” under Exchange.
- Open your Mac Address Book.
- Address Book will open with All Contacts displayed. To view Johnson People and Resources, click the red bookmark tab at the top of the Address Book page.
- Choose Exchange Global Address List.
- In the search, type “Sage Hall” (without quotes). The breakout rooms will begin displaying.
- Find the room you wish to book, click on it to display the room’s email address.
- Copy the room’s email address.
- In the iCal meeting, click Add Invitees, paste the room’s email address in the field.
- Enter your other meeting invitees.
- Click Send.
