Install Net-Print software and printers

With Net-Print, you can use any networked computer to send files over the campus network to laser printers located in Sage Hall and other buildings on the Cornell campus. You can use these printers from a computer lab or from your own computer on or off campus. You need to install Net-Print to use it from a personal, non-lab computer.

Configure email client

Johnson recommends using Microsoft Outlook 2010 with Windows 7, or Microsoft Outlook 2011 with Mac OS X.

Even if you are currently using Microsoft Outlook to get other email, you can configure Outlook to access Cornell Exchange additionally. Outlook is part of the Microsoft Office Suite “Home and Business” or “Professional”, which must be installed prior to this configuration. Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail will not give you the same functionality as Outlook.

You can access your Cornell Exchange account in the following Johnson-recommended ways. Proceed to the online instructions for your preferred method.
