Johnson Technology Services is located in Sage Hall, Room 203 (across from the Marin Reading Room), and open Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Walk-ins welcome.

For your convenience, if you need advanced in-person troubleshooting or guidance to resolve complicated technical issues, you may also email Johnson Technology Services at johnsonhelpdesk@cornell.edu to schedule an appointment with a member of the group.

Scheduled help sessions may include guidance on the following, but not limited to:

  • Best practices for computer configuration and maintenance
  • Best tools for virus mitigation
  • Diagnosis and suggested approach for poor computer performance, hardware, or business-related software issues
